The XP Ministry Internship Program is a one-month mentoring intensive designed for those who are feeling a call into Christian service and ministry. During this program, interns will have the opportunity to experience what life in ministry is really like, all while being taught and mentored by Patricia King, Robert Hotchkin, and the XP Team.
The internship includes training in prayer and intercession; discipling in Christian character and values; serving at a major ministry event (Women on the Frontlines World Convention 2017); administrative and helps duties; and much more. Plus there will be opportunities for fellowship and connecting with Patricia, Robert, and the XP Team over meals and free time.
Who Can Apply for the XP Ministry Internship Program?
This internship program is designed for believers with a fairly strong foundation of Christian values, basic Bible doctrine, established devotional and worship life, a commitment to righteousness, and who desire to plunge into radical Kingdom life and ministry Students will have full days and evenings for the four-week period. They will need to be diligent, physically healthy, humble, teachable, and eager to grow in Christian character and faith.

A Full Schedule!
During the XP Ministry Internship Program, participants will have full days packed with prayer, teaching, mentoring, working with the ministry, and serving in a variety of ways. Some weeks will have a set schedule, and others might be more flexible. Interns will get a real feel for what it is like to live a life in ministry.
$1200 Registration fee (covers the school fee, school manuals, admittance to local conferences and events; also covers transportation/accommodations for Women on the Frontlines World Convention 2017)
$600 (non-refundable) is paid upon acceptance into program.
A second payment of $600 is due by March 13, 2017.
(You will also have the option to pay the registration fee in full in one payment at time of acceptance).
~ $25 Non-Refundable Processing Fee paid when application is submitted.
~ Interns will also need to cover the cost of their room and board in Maricopa (see accommodations info below)
~ Interns will also need personal funds (we suggest a minimum of $100 per week) to cover spending money, toiletries, etc.

This option is limited and is given on a first-come first-serve basis as available. There is no guarantee that rooms will be available. Interns can book a room in the homes of some of the XP team right in Maricopa for $500/month (per person). This includes airport transportation (pick up upon arrival, and drop-off at end of event). No food is provided. Married couples can book a single room in an XP home for $650/month.
