Scott Lairson - Instructor and Coach
Scott Lairson has worked as a casting director in Hollywood for years. His projects have included Emmy Award winning NYPD Blue and various other Steven Bochco Productions such as “Brooklyn South,” “City of Angels,” “NYPD 2069,” “Marriage,” “Philly” and “Blind Justice.” He also worked on “Desperate Housewives,” “Ghost Whisperer,” and many feature and independent films. He is experienced in working in management positions with talent and modeling agencies. In addition, Scott worked for 3½ years in the music industry. His passion is to see the television and film industry filled with the life and light of the Kingdom of God.

Shirley Ross - Instructor and Coach
Shirley began her entertainment career acting in commercials and films. She later moved into directing and producing in Los Angeles. Shirley studied acting under coaches Howard Fine and Molli Benson, and studied directing at UCLA in Los Angeles while working with the Academy Award winning special effects team ADI on films such as “Alien 3,” “Death Becomes Her” and “Wolf” with Mike Nichols. She moved “behind the scenes” as a studio development executive with the sale of one her original television pilots to MGM Studios. Shirley is currently the producer/director of “XP Ministries with Patricia King” as well as co-founder and executive creative director of XPmedia.com.

Allen Brown
Allen Brown has a heart to see the people of Gods Media Army rise up and step into their calling as media evangelist. He has a passion to teach and share his expertise from the many opportunities that the Lord has provided him. He has worked at AT&T Bell Labs and Lucent Technologies as an Audio and Electrical Engineer for 18 years.
Allen Brown has been creating music since he first began playing the piano in church as a teen. He has 30 years of experience writing, arranging, producing and editing a wide genre of music through instrumentation and computer technology. Allen Brown also has a passion for Filmmaking. He has produced both short films for television and full length feature movies. In 2002, Allen and his wife Tracy created Covenant Partners, Inc., a non-profit organization that "Spreads the Gospel Through Multimedia.

Jake Rossilli
Jake Rossilli has a passion for filmmaking, photography and design. He has a heart to see a spirit of excellence in media and is excited to help train God’s media army. Jake has studied composition, design and aesthetics at The Art Institute of Pittsburg. Jake has worked in various positions in media and currently is the senior Editor for XP Ministries. He is responsible for concept and creative direction for much of the media produced by XP. He has produced, directed and edited many television commercials and advertising campaigns. Jake is also a writer, producer, director and editor for XP Filmworks. Jake teaches in such a way that you will gain the practical knowledge you need to go home and begin producing your own top quality media!
